Brown Suga BK operates as a ghost kitchen. We don't have a brick & mortar or food truck just yet but we are working on it!

In the meantime we are hosting events attending pop up shops and accepting orders for pick-up or delivery Thursday-Sunday each week.

Naked Wings (6 pcs)

Tossed in your sauce of your choice. Flavors include Garlic Parmesan, Sweet as Honey, Brown Suga BBQ, Honey Jerk, Cajun Butta or Plain.

Jerk Chicken

Placed on the grill to get that smokey flava. Topped with our house made jerk BBQ Sauce and grilled pineapples.

Jerk Salmon* ($20)

Blackened salmon topped with our house made jerk BBQ sauce, grilled pineapples, and peppers.

Baked Mac & Cheese

Elbow noodles drowned in a blend of cheddar, colby jack, mozzarella, and pepperjack cheese sauce and baked to perfection.

Candied Yamz

Sweet potatoes coated in a brown sugar based syrup and sprinkled with a streusel topping

steamed cabbage

Seasoned and steamed cabbage with a hint of island spice.

Jamaican Rice & Peas

Rice and peas brought to a boil using coconut milk and island flavors

corn on the Cob

Boiled low and slow in coconut milk, butter, and our special blend of spices.

Fried Plantains

A must have side straight from the Caribbean. Fried and tossed in butter and kosher salt.

I had a sampler plate from Brown Suga BK and this is not something you can find anywhere else in the area!! The cabbage was my absolute favorite, and I don't typically even like cabbage!

All the Chicken Wing flavors are great, but the honey jerk wings are just something special pair it with their cheesy mac and cheese and those candy yams and you'll be in heaven.
